Window regulator and electric motor compatibility...

I'm very much an amateur simply trying to save some moolah. My girl's passenger side window regulator cable snapped inside the motor housing. I'm having great difficulty finding the assembly online for the right side for an '01 Miata mx-5. For whatever reason, when I do a Google search, I get several results for Honda Odyssey window regulators, which are very similar in appearance. Does anyone know if anything within this assembly is compatible with my vehicle? If not, are any of the later model Miata window regulator assemblies and motors compatible? Results are filled with late model options (which also look similar), and they're 4 times cheaper. Appreciate any input.
