Illumination Knob on dashboard broken (operator error) on 2020 RF, Can it be repaired?

Cleaning the new to me 2020 RF dashboard gauges. I inadvertently broke the knob used to brighten the dash lights. It works but is hanging loose. It does not want to come out to be reinserted. I'm flummoxed. Can this be repaired? Thanks to all,
